New Cover!

I fell into a hole called LaTeX for no good reason. Well it had some good reasons, it has allowed me to create a custom title page that is in the vein of a 16th ot 17th century codex, and it greatly reduced the file size.

Along the way I went ahead and changed the cover. The old pink cover was a placeholder and not much more, and the current one isn't much better, but it is at least somewhat more in line with what people think a cover should be. And honestly since I don't advertise this thing at all, I'm curious to see what the new cover alone will do for traffic. I'm crossing my fingers that it helps!

Also some typos were corrected and some minor changes were made after further play-testing. As always I'll just continue to plug away at this here and there until it is at a level that can see it get more attention.
